Shipping

Shipping of the artwork to the purchaser is free.

Artwork will be delivered within 10 business days to the specified address.

Delivery time on goods delivered internationally will vary according to the country of destination.

Goods delivered internationally may be subject to the relevant duties and taxes applied by the country the artworks are delivered to. These duties and taxes shall be the responsibility of the purchaser of the artwork.

Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, and if received before 12 noon, will be sent that day. Orders received on a Public Holiday will be sent the next business day.

Parcels require a signature upon delivery. Should no one be present at the specified address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be available for collection as outlined on the calling card.


Returns

Susan Haywood Smith anticipates that you will be very happy with your purchased artwork. However, if the artwork does not meet your expectations, Susan Haywood Smith is happy to exchange or credit the artwork. Return of the artwork in the instance of change of mind will be at the purchasers expense. Refunds are only offered in the unlikely event that the artwork is faulty and unable to be replaced. Susan Haywood Smith reserves the right in the first instance to replace faulty artwork being returned.

Susan Haywood Smith must be notified of your intention to return an artwork prior to it being returned. The artwork must be sent within three business days of receipt of your order. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. The artwork being returned must be safely and securely packaged in its original packaging.

Susan Haywood Smith is unable to accept returned artwork that has been damaged by the customer or specifically commissioned on behalf of the customer.

If the artwork has been damaged in transit by Susan Haywood Smith's carriers, please notify Susan Haywood Smith within 48 hours of receiving your order and she will contact the carrier company to resolve any claims. Please note that the original packaging must be kept and claims be made within seven days of delivery of the item. Please sign and check all goods on receipt as Susan Haywood Smith cannot be held responsible once the chain of custody is broken.
